If any items arrive damaged or faulty please contact us at info@thatredhouse.com.au so that we can get a replacement out to you quickly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product or for change of mind we also have a 14 day returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned.
Please note that shipping costs in this instance are not covered and we do not give cash refunds.
